1. The service
VibePrint produces parametric 3D CAD models from text descriptions using AI. Models are validated automatically (geometric integrity, dimensional accuracy, printability), but they are automatically generated designs — not certified engineering work.
2. Credits and payments
Generation consumes credits; the credit price of a complex model (1–3) is shown before you are charged. A failed generation automatically refunds the charged credits. Purchased credits never expire. Downloading files (STEP/STL) is a separate one-time purchase per project. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
3. Limitation of liability
Models are delivered as-is. You are responsible for the fitness of the manufactured part for its intended use, especially in load-bearing, safety-critical, or medical applications. VibePrint is not liable for indirect damages. The dimension sources and verification reports shown are decision support, not a guarantee.
4. Intellectual property
Once you purchase the files, you receive full usage rights to the generated models — including commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring your description does not infringe third-party rights (e.g. protected product designs).
5. Prohibited use
The service may not be used to design weapons, weapon components, or unlawful items, nor to disrupt the operation of the service (including automated mass use).
6. Right of withdrawal
Delivery of digital content begins with your consent immediately after purchase, so the 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law does not apply to files already downloaded or credits already used. For unused credit packs you may request a refund within 14 days: tuki@vibeprint.fi.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumer disputes: the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
